General

Once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you would like to purchase additional items, you will need to place an additional order.

We do not currently ship any items. All items purchased through this website are for on-farm pickup.

Items in carts are not guaranteed until the purchase is completed and the purchaser has received a confirmation email.

Dahlia Tubers

We do our best to ensure that all of our tubers will grow and be true to the named variety. Many of our processes are still manual and mistakes are rare but they do happen. If you believe you have received a mislabeled tuber upon blooming, please reach out to HPF so we can so we can work with you to come to a solution.

Any suspected tuber issues must be communicated to HPF by September 1 of the year they were ordered.

All tubers sold from our farm are visibly free of disease at the time of sale and have at least one viable eye. Once in possession of your tubers, be sure only to plant after the danger of frost is passed and follow the growing guide provided with your order and on our website. HPF is not responsible for weather-or-pest-related issues or poor customer care.

Refund Policy: Orders may be canceled until 2 weeks before the requested pickup date, via original payment method.
